Keelia Greer Romance Writer
About (Biography)

I've always been an avid reader. By the time I was twelve. I knew I wanted to be a writer.

Two of my early writing influences were Madeleine L'Engle, the Nancy Drew series.

As I studied and read romance, I've found a number of writers who have helped me become a better writer: Kathleen Woodiwiss, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Angela Knight, Deidre Knight, Nina Bangs, Kimberly Raye, Amanda Stevens, Kerrelyn Sparks and Kimberly Ivey.

My Scottish background weighs heavily in my work and my love of Celtic mythology are found throughout my stories.

My geneology is Clan MacGregor, Clan Crawford, Alfred the Great and Charlemagne.

This is one of my watercolors.

My first published work was nonfiction in 1990. An  article for a local newspaper on ADHD.

In 2006 my first piece of fiction was published, a short story. I've continued to publish in genre fiction. I guess it was natural for me to shift from reader to writer. I can't imagine doing anything else. I love to write and bring joy to readers through the stories I create.
